Leduc Insurance Agency Inc., is an independent insurance agency serving customers throughout Leduc and the province of Alberta. Leduc Insurance Agency was established in 1945 and the agency was purchased by Denis and Marc Thibodeau 28 years ago. After Denis’s passing in 2013, his spouse Carol Dyck-Thibodeau became part of the agency.

KAREN
Karen has been in the insurance industry for 25 years, all of which have been in Leduc and surrounding areas. Starting as a Broker, to Co-owner of an agency, and now continuing in a Broker role, Karen has seen and experienced many aspects of the insurance industry. Karen’s experience includes all types of insurance, including personal lines, farm and commercial business insurance. Karen looks forward to supporting the needs of both our existing and new clients while maintaining the high level of customer service Leduc Insurance Agency Inc. provides.
CHERYL
I was raised in Leduc and have resided here most of my life. I have been in the insurance industry in various roles in the Leduc and surrounding area since 1989. I received my Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation in 2008. I have had the pleasure of working at Leduc Insurance Agency Inc since 2015 in the role of a personal lines insurance broker. I look forward to continuing meeting the insurance needs of the wonderful people of Leduc and area.
DON
Don has been with Leduc Insurance Agency since November 2020. He is our new Farm Insurance Specialist and will be your go-to person when it comes to reviewing your coverages or providing you with an in-person quote at your farm. Don lives in the Warburg area, and previous to the insurance industry, has had many years of experience working with the Edmonton Police Service. We are very happy to have him as part of our team!
PAM
Pam has joined our team of professionals again. In 2012, Pam left Leduc Insurance after 17 years in the insurance industry to focus on raising her 2 boys and help run their family business. She learned how to run a CNC Plasma table and can design and cut Metal art and make Industrial parts. When you call or stop in, Pam will be one of your first points of contact to direct you to one of our professionals that are here to meet all of your insurance needs.
KRISTA
Krista's journey to becoming an Insurance Broker began as a Registries Agent in a small town Insurance Agency. She was offered the great opportunity to become licensed as a Broker, and realized quite quickly, how very important our industry is to the security and peace of mind of Albertans.
Through many years of service, she has worked in communities such as Millet, Sherwood Park and Leduc.
She looks forward to offering comprehensive insurance to our current clients, and welcomes the opportunity to quote new clients as well.
TANYA
Born and raised in the Sunny Okanagan, Tanya English has called Leduc home since 2009. She made the change to Insurance as her career in 2017 after 19 years in healthcare and has never looked back. Her focus is personal lines, home and auto, and she truly enjoys helping clients meet their insurance needs. Tanya joined the Leduc Insurance family in 2021, and she loves the client-centred service our office is proud to offer!
ELAIN
My name is Elain Jacka. In regards to my history in the insurance industry, it was something that I grew up with. My father worked for 50 years in the insurance business, finishing his career as a broker in the commercial and farm lines where his passion was. It was handy having my father with his experience and knowledge to help me when I moved into insurance for a career. I started my career in the insurance industry as an Agency Admin Support, and eventually obtained my General Level One Insurance License in 2015.

My name is Tammy. I am very happy to be part of Leduc Insurance agencies team as office administrator. I am one of your first point of contacts either on the phone, or when you walk into our office. You may recognize me from being heavily involved in the Leduc community for the past 20+ years. Having been self employed, my successful businesses were built on strong customer relation skills and friendly approachable nature. I understand the importance of family and community. I look forward to assisting you for years to come.
DESIREE
Desiree is our newest team member who is still early in her insurance career. With many years in customer service, Desiree was given the opportunity to make the switch to the insurance industry in 2021. She quickly fell in love with the insurance world and has harnessed the strengths she developed in registries to become a detail-oriented and service-centred broker. She looks forward to helping you with all your personal insurance needs.
NICOLE
Nicole is not new to the insurance industry as she has worked on the administrative side for 13 years. Born and raised in Willke, Sask., Nicole now calls Leduc home. She has raised three children and is blessed with two grandchildren. She loves her hockey. Her favourite is Tampa Bay Lightning! Nicole is one of two employees that will greet you at our front door. She is welcoming and most helpful to our clients!
