Leduc Insurance Agency was established in 1945 and the agency was purchased by Denis and Marc Thibodeau 28 years ago. After Denis’s passing in 2013, his spouse Carol Dyck-Thibodeau became part of the agency.

KRISTA
Krista's journey to becoming an Insurance Broker began as a Registries Agent in a small town Insurance Agency. She was offered the great opportunity to become licensed as a Broker, and realized quite quickly, how very important our industry is to the security and peace of mind of Albertans.
Through many years of service, she has worked in communities such as Millet, Sherwood Park and Leduc.
She looks forward to offering comprehensive insurance to our current clients, and welcomes the opportunity to quote new clients as well.
DESIREE
Desiree is our newest team member who is still early in her insurance career. With many years in customer service, Desiree was given the opportunity to make the switch to the insurance industry in 2021. She quickly fell in love with the insurance world and has harnessed the strengths she developed in registries to become a detail-oriented and service-centred broker. She looks forward to helping you with all your personal insurance needs.
PAM
Pam has joined our team of professionals again. In 2012, Pam left Leduc Insurance after 17 years in the insurance industry to focus on raising her 2 boys and help run their family business. She learned how to run a CNC Plasma table and can design and cut Metal art and make Industrial parts. When you call or stop in, Pam will be one of your first points of contact to direct you to one of our professionals that are here to meet all of your insurance needs.
NICOLE
Nicole is not new to the insurance industry as she has worked on the administrative side for 13 years. Born and raised in Willke, Sask., Nicole now calls Leduc home. She has raised three children and is blessed with two grandchildren. She loves her hockey. Her favourite is Tampa Bay Lightning! Nicole is one of two employees that will greet you at our front door. She is welcoming and most helpful to our clients!
TANYA
Born and raised in the Sunny Okanagan, Tanya English has called Leduc home since 2009. She made the change to Insurance as her career in 2017 after 19 years in healthcare and has never looked back. Her focus is personal lines, home and auto, and she truly enjoys helping clients meet their insurance needs. Tanya joined the Leduc Insurance family in 2021, and she loves the client-centred service our office is proud to offer!
ELAIN
My name is Elain Jacka. In regards to my history in the insurance industry, it was something that I grew up with. My father worked for 50 years in the insurance business, finishing his career as a broker in the commercial and farm lines where his passion was. It was handy having my father with his experience and knowledge to help me when I moved into insurance for a career. I started my career in the insurance industry as an Agency Admin Support, and eventually obtained my General Level One Insurance License in 2015.
Jo-Ann
Jo is new to our office but brings twenty-six years of experience in our industry. As administrative support, she works towards ensuring the efficient flow of our operation and is always that friendly person when answering the phone. She is one of the first people to greet you as you walk through our door!
